Azad Shirozian:

 The team leader, has the skills to direct the team’s efforts and maximize our output. He also encourages the rest of the team to work and stay focused on the project at hand.  He double-checks the group result, editing, and makes sure that everything is running smoothly.  He calls and sees if all the information is going to be on time or if needed he tries to help his fellow team member to have it in on time.
